From Mouans-Sartoux, IPepper Group is forging its future

How can you not smile when you're recording 30% annual growth? That a Paris office with around ten employees has been added to those in Aix and Nantes – which, incidentally, are in great shape? That a subsidiary dedicated to developing AI products is about to be launched, and that an external growth operation will bring geographical complementarity to your company and double its size.

Welcome to the world of Arnaud Pinte, who, four years ago, on his 50th birthday, co-founded IPepper Group in Mouans-Sartoux with Mathieu Meusnier, a company with 90 employees specializing in consulting and publishing AI and data solutions.

A few days ago, the CEO gathered around a hundred employees, partners, and clients to blow out the candles and, if necessary, remind everyone of his company's values ​​– "inclusion, diversity, the environment" – which he also seeks in his clients.

"We try to target and work with impactful companies. We support five charities, and for each new client or consultant, we donate money in their name to the charity of their choice."

Creation of La Forge Sud

Despite the market slowdown and fierce competition, iPepper Group generated revenue of €6 million last year and opened a branch office with around ten employees in Paris a few months ago. Arnaud Pinte also plans to create a subsidiary dedicated to AI product development by September.

These will address use cases in four management areas: document, financial, HR, and industrial. Its nickname: La Forge Sud. "It's a variation of La Forge already in place in Paris and Normandy," emphasizes the manager, who also plans to create a collective of around twenty mid-sized and small businesses. These would subscribe to La Forge Sud and, for 2,000 euros per month, could co-develop products that meet their needs.
