Haute-Loire. Espaly-Saint-Marcel: after wine, the Clos du Paradis estate launches into coffee

Founded three years ago, the winery is now venturing into a new market. Since the beginning of May, it has been marketing its own Arabica coffee, a product whose recipe is jealously guarded secret, in partnership with La Brûlerie du Puy-en-Velay.
Who said you couldn't combine wine and coffee? This is the challenge that the Clos du Paradis estate, established in Espaly-Saint-Marcel for nearly three years, has taken on.
