Haute-Saône. Sales of IGP cancoillotte break records: farmers demand their share of the pie

On his farm in Dampierre-sur-Linotte, between Vesoul and Montbozon, Sébastien Figard dreams of one thing. "One day, to hang a sign 'Here, we produce IGP (1) cancoillotte milk'", explains this breeder based in the cradle of this Franche-Comté cheese specialty.
