In Nice, Sean Connery's former palace is for sale: 23.5 million euros to acquire James Bond's villa

Named Roc Fleuri, the dream villa that once belonged to actor Sean Connery, with its six levels and dream view, is being put up for sale by its current owners.

If diamonds are forever for James Bond, then so are luxurious homes on the French Riviera. For the past few days, the Roc Fleuri, one of Nice's (many) iconic villas, has been featured in the long-standing tradition of selling properties occupied by prestigious figures.

After the Beaumont estate in Valbonne where the Kennedy family came to spend their holidays, Picasso's house in Mougins, Matisse's apartment in Nice, the sumptuous Villa Alpha of the American director Otto Preminger in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or the one in Nice, baptized "Beau Site" in which the group The Cure had filmed the video for "Catch" in the late 1980s, it is the turn of the former second home of Sean Connery (1930-2020), who notably played 007 six times in the cinema, to look for a new owner.
