Lunéville. Commerce: a legendary bar in the city opens a new chapter

After 18 years at the Château d'Adoménil, Mélanie Guérin has just taken over the Stanislas bar, run by Fanny Kourtz since 2021. This is a first for the young woman, who has already gotten to know her clientele before taking over the establishment.

A few regulars are seated across from the counter at the Stanislas bar. Behind it, the smile of Fanny Kourtz is no longer visible, but rather that of Mélanie Guérin, the new manager since Friday, April 25. A customer says, "That young woman is nice."
