Setting up an organic market garden requires preparation and commitment. Léonard Grillet has maintained this commitment since his early childhood. Born in the Haut-Jura region in 1995, the thirty-year-old has just made a significant impact by setting up his organic market garden in Vatagna, on Chemin des Fontaines.
