Will monthly employee compensation become the exception rather than the rule in a few years? In any case, the French seem a little tired of being paid only once a month, at the end of the month. According to a study by OpinionWay, which we are unveiling and conducted for the on-demand salary payment solution Stairwage, 63% of employees want the rules to be changed to allow for the release of compensation multiple times a month.

This proportion even rises to 75% among workers under 35. "This type of solution is highly popular among employees because they need financial flexibility," explains Yann Le Floch, founder of Stairwage. "It's a major social development."
