Flaxlanden. Balanced cooking: a workshop that makes a recipe

Around twenty people came to participate in the workshop recently led in Flaxlanden by Céline Portal, eco-consumption trainer, as part of the "La bonne assiette" cycle organized by M2A (Mulhouse Alsace agglomeration).
This gourmet event took place in the presence of Pierre Salze, M2A advisor responsible for prevention and management of health issues, and Francine Agudo-Perez, mayor of Flaxlanden.
