Lorraine. Hospital attacks on the rise: caregivers learn how to protect themselves effectively

Verbal and physical aggression... According to recent studies, healthcare workers experience twice as many attacks as the rest of the working population. In Lorraine, two training programs have been implemented to teach them how to defuse conflicts and also how to physically restrain aggressors.
