Moselle. Alfred-Neuhauser nursing home of SOS Seniors in Folschviller: the imposing vessel in the heart of the city

For two years, residents of Rue Louis-Pasteur in Folschviller and the immediate surrounding area have become accustomed to construction machinery and have had time to witness the growth of a huge ochre-colored structure , erected on no fewer than five levels. The building has taken its final form, but the interior still has significant future developments. The initial vision offers spaces that are both large and bright, each with a specific function. The building permit was filed on May 25, 2023, with the project being undertaken by the SOS Seniors Group real estate company and the developer Nexity. As for the land, it was sold for a symbolic euro by the municipality in 2020.
