Saint-Apollinaire. Nearly 350 participants mobilized to encourage health sports

On Friday, May 23, a crowd dressed in red and white was visible in the Pré-Thomas Park in Saint-Apollinaire. Nearly 350 participants were present for the Foulées Rouges sports and solidarity day, organized by the French Red Cross training program, called Croix-Rouge compétences.
Students, teaching staff, and the association's partners came together around a common goal: to raise awareness of the health benefits of sport. Sport creates social bonds and promotes everyone's physical and mental well-being. "Taking care of yourself also means taking care of others," one participant argued.
