Suicides of healthcare workers in hospitals: a complaint against 3 ministers closed

A complaint for moral harassment and involuntary homicide against ministers Elisabeth Borne (Higher Education), Catherine Vautrin and Yannick Neuder (Health), denouncing suicides of healthcare workers in public hospitals, has been dismissed, the Attorney General at the Court of Cassation announced on Thursday.
"No elements of a nature to characterize a crime"The Court of Justice of the Republic's (CJR) petitions committee dismissed the complaint "on the grounds that it did not contain any evidence of a crime or offence committed by the ministers in question in the exercise of their duties," said Rémy Heitz, who serves as public prosecutor at the CJR.
