They have been cooking and serving with great pride for their colleagues since January 6. Now that the 22 agents – including 15 with disabilities – are trained, the public is invited to Briey, in the Chesnois area . From Monday, May 19, the AEIM (Inclusive and Activist Education Association) will open the doors of its inclusive restaurant "Equi'Table" born from its partnership with the catering service Sodexo. "Good, beautiful, fresh, raw, local, seasonal and served with a smile" is the motto of the brand, which can serve up to 800 meals per day. Meals distributed in the eight AEIM establishments in Meurthe-et-Moselle. The 400 m2 reception room can accommodate up to 80 customers simultaneously, Monday to Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
