This is probably the Trocadéro district's biggest challenge: where to eat (well) after the exhibition? While this area is full of major cultural attractions (Cité de l'Architecture, Palais de Tokyo, Musée Galliera, Musée d'art moderne, Musée Guimet, Musée de l'Homme, Aquarium) and legendary monuments galore, this breathtaking beauty seems, at first glance, to neglect the ordinary and its trivial realities, namely: yum yum. Fortunately, edible nuggets are found, and we deliver them to you with our usual leniency.

A stone's throw from the Palais de Tokyo, at the foot of the steps on Rue de la Manutention, is an unlikely roadside restaurant, the bistrot les Marches . Winter and summer alike, you can enjoy the great classics of the French brasserie, such as eggs mayo (6.50 euros) or butter sausage (7 euros), tartare (20 euros) or stuffed tomatoes (18.50 euros).
