Besançon: The Socialist Party heads to the municipal elections with Place publique

The Socialist Party (PS) has officially announced that it will present a separate list with Place Publique in the upcoming municipal elections. This dooms any hope of a broad left-wing union, although Jean-Sébastien Leuba, who will lead the list, has not ruled out other political parties, such as the French Communist Party (PCF).
