Bitche. Management of the golf course restaurant: why the city wants to let go of the reins

Last June, the Bitche City Council approved the publication of a call for expressions of interest (CEI) for the commercial operation of the municipal golf course restaurant. In other words, the city is looking for someone to whom it can entrust the management of the establishment for three years—the commitment being renewable for two additional years.
