Falck: The city council implodes, ten elected officials walk out

The Falck municipal council has just imploded. In a joint letter dated July 29, eight elected officials submitted their resignations to Mayor Pascal Rapp. Henri Appaldo, Bertrand Bock, Eve Hach, Nicole Kachler, Norbert Laval, Estelle Nicora, Dominique Tridemy, and Yves Wieder wish to speak collectively and not in their own names. They believe that "the inadequacy and/or absence of communication, transparency, and explanations within the municipal council no longer create the conditions for smooth functioning."
