Longwy: Film and debate on the end of life, June 13 at the Kinepolis cinema

French MPs have just passed a law that will allow doctors to help a patient die under certain very strict conditions. The bill will be the subject of back-and-forth debate between the National Assembly and the Senate. It is expected to be passed in late 2026 or early 2027.
On Friday, June 13, at 6 p.m., the screening of Enya Baroux's film On ira at the Kinepolis cinema in Longwy will be followed by a debate on euthanasia. It will be led by Belgian doctor Yves de Locht and activist Claudette Pierret .
