Lyon: a new RN official attacked in the street in the 6th arrondissement

Former regional councilor and president of the Spartacus movement, Michel Dulac, had his gold chain snatched from his body on Thursday afternoon on Avenue de Saxe in Lyon. Police were able to recover the jewelry, but the perpetrators fled the scene.
The incident occurred around noon on Thursday, August 14, at 54 Avenue Maréchal de Saxe, in the 6th arrondissement of Lyon, Lyon Mag revealed. Michel Dulac, 82, a former regional councilor for the National Rally (2016-2021) and florist in Lyon, was in front of the office of his political movement Spartacus when he was attacked by two individuals. One of them snatched his gold chain before fleeing with an accomplice.
According to information from the Progress , the Anti-Crime Brigade personnel, quickly on the scene, were able to recover the stolen jewel. The attackers, however, have not been located. After the attack, Michel Dulac boarded a police vehicle to try to help locate the suspects.
The former elected official is currently preparing the return of his Spartacus movement for the 2026 municipal and metropolitan elections. This attack comes a few days after another altercation involving a member of the RN this week in Lyon. The former candidate for the 3rd constituency of the Rhône, Gérard Vollory (RN), was accosted and insulted by a woman on the metro at La Guillotière .
