The AEIM (Inclusive and Activist Education Association) and the Sodexo catering service had great ambitions: to create a place of learning, integration, and pride. And the 22 members of the Equi'Table restaurant team are proud to be part of this project.
There are seven Sodexo employees and fifteen disabled workers from AEIM. Since January 6, everyone has been pitching in to prepare delicious meals for their colleagues. "When they arrived, some didn't know anything about catering," says Jean Levigneront, Sodexo's Grand Est region manager. "The speed with which they acquired skills is incredible. From day one, they served with extraordinary ease." Now fully trained, they are ready to welcome external customers, starting Monday, May 19.
