Morcenais Country: a departmental coordinator for travelers?

The Community Council of June 19 discussed the creation of a departmental coordinator position for travelers, in order to regulate their movements.
A shorter than usual Community Council meeting on June 19th, with among the important deliberations, the creation of a departmental coordinator position for travelers, essential to help regulate and coordinate the arrivals, stays and departures of these itinerant populations at major transit areas.
Roxane Olivier then provided an update on the tourist tax. It is proposed to maintain the current rates, with the proceeds being transferred in full to the Morcenais Tourist Office. Finally, Frédéric Pradère discussed maintaining participation in the semi-public company SEM TEPOS Haute Lande, created in 2015 to contribute to the region's energy transition. Finally, Paul Carrère recalled the efforts being made to demand better accessibility to the Morcenx-la-Nouvelle train station.
