It's an energy sieve. Work on the gymnasium at the Albert-Camus middle school in Moulins, built in 1979, is becoming imperative. The problem: the municipality of Châtel-Saint-Germain, which was part of the inter-municipal management association, refuses to pay its share and has decided to withdraw from the collective. "This concerns 320 middle school students in total, including 60 from Châtel," says Albert Dal Pozzolo, delegate for the municipality of Rozérieulles to the inter-municipal management association for the Albert-Camus middle school gymnasium in Moulins-lès-Metz. "And why would we let a building that we've been financing for forty-five years deteriorate? We don't understand."

Since 1979, the municipalities of Châtel-Saint-Germain, Jussy, Lessy, Moulins-lès-Metz, Rozérieulles, Sainte-Ruffine, Scy-Chazelles, and Vaux have created an inter-municipal association to manage the middle school gymnasium.
