Sarreguemines. La Florentine Senior Services Residence: First Tenants Expected at the End of June

The finishing work is nearing completion. By the end of June, the first tenants will move into the La Florentine senior living facility on Rue Cazal in Sarreguemines. Around thirty firm reservations have been made. Temporary stays have also been requested.

Work is entering its final stretch before the first tenants arrive. The La Florentine senior living residence , built on Rue Cazal in Sarreguemines, is due for delivery in mid-June. Currently, 30% of the 116 apartments (from studios to three-room apartments) have been reserved, "with arrivals scheduled for late June and mid-July," announced Valérie Lanne-Dehlinger, sales consultant.
