What if skateboarders launched the campaign for the next municipal elections in Thionville? The urban culture association Rawdogs wants to make its indoor skatepark a permanent fixture and continues to generate buzz. The issue (once again) pitted declared Socialist candidate Brigitte Vaïsse against Mayor Pierre Cuny, this time during the last community council meeting.

Brigitte Vaïsse, an opposition councillor, is taking advantage of the vote on exceptional subsidies to sports clubs at the last urban council meeting to revive the Rawdogs. This Thionville urban culture association is in the red and can no longer pay the rent for its indoor skatepark in Yutz.
