The Classic Var has one of the highest audiences of the 35 cycling races broadcast by public service channels, ranking third, just behind the Tour du Jura and the Classic Grand Besançon Doubs, according to France 3, which organizes the event, Var-matin .

On the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur channels, the Classic Var achieved higher ratings than last year, with a 14.10% audience share for the 2025 edition, compared to 11% last year. This audience share is 1% higher than the national average, France Télévisions specifies. It should be noted that the Classic Var broadcast in Occitanie also recorded very good audience figures, the channel emphasizes.
