Just one more step to climb before the grand final. To conclude an exceptional season (without a single defeat!), Metz Handball begins its Women's Champions League Final Four this Saturday at the MVM Dome in Budapest, Hungary. After three consecutive defeats at this stage, the Dragonnes hope to reach the European final by eliminating the Danish team Odense.

During the draw at the end of April, the French champions, coached by Emmanuel Mayonnade, had escaped the two favorites: the Hungarians of Györ, the defending champions, and the Danes of Esbjerg, who have in their ranks the best player in the world, Henny Reistad.

The semi-final between Metz and Odense is scheduled to kick off at 5:45 p.m. this Saturday, May 31. The match will be broadcast on Eurosport 2.
