Monaco Grand Prix mascot Vrooom has taken to the track: here's where you can spot him throughout the weekend

Until now, it had only been glimpsed through teasers from the Automobile Club of Monaco (ACM) on social media. This Wednesday, on the eve of the start of the Grand Prix, the Vrooom mascot made its first major appearance in and around the city circuit. The cheetah, with its round eyes, twitching whiskers, and wide-open mouth, displays the red and white colors of the Principality and the ACM crest.
An outfit inspired by the marshals' suits, true guardian angels of the track. Vrooom quickly took his role seriously: the mascot already paraded like a star of the F1 paddock, greeting fans as he passed by, and taking numerous souvenir photos. Even Charles Leclerc, during a press conference granted to the local press at the Marius Monaco restaurant, was treated to a special encounter and a hug.
A symbol to lastThroughout the four days of the Grand Prix, Vrooom will be visible in the liveliest areas of the urban circuit : at the MGP Live Fan zone, nestled on the Place d'Armes, in the stands among the spectators and, finally, up close to the 20 drivers of the premier discipline of motor sport.
The stealthiest land animal on the planet – and therefore embodying speed and precision, two qualities inherent to F1 – has joined the "ACM" universe and its events "to strengthen the bond with spectators and bring a touch of conviviality" . "It naturally reflects the qualities of agility and performance carried by the ACM" , adds the Monegasque institution.
A mascot that shouldn't be limited to just the 2025 edition of the F1 GP, far from it. Vrooom, always approachable and full of energy, will accompany future ACM events and is now making its way into homes with the miniature plush toy, available for sale at the official ACM store on rue Grimaldi.
