The Palais des Victoires is in 100% CrossFit mode this weekend in Cannes

This is the 5th edition of the Cannes Showdown, which is currently taking place at the Palais des Victoires in Cannes (the competition started this Saturday and ends this Sunday).

No fewer than 400 participants from all over France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Portugal. High-level CrossFit with workshops designed by Kevin Rodolfo and his team.

Squats with weights ranging from 15 to 22.5 kg per hand, straight-tree push-ups, chin-ups galore, or a team lift of a 150 kg sausage! The competition concludes this Sunday with the best qualified teams.

Workshops start at 8 a.m. (end at 6 p.m.).
