Ukraine LIVE: Huge Russian drone strike kills toddler in devastating Pryluky attack
Five people, including a one-year-old child, have been killed in a Russian drone strike on the Ukrainian city of Pryluky, officials said. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine confirmed the deaths following a night-time UAV attack in the Chernihiv region.
Six more people were injured, and fires ripped through the residential area, destroying homes, garages and a car. Officials said two houses were completely destroyed, along with two garages and an outbuilding. Photos showing the aftermath — including fierce flames erupting from a building — are now circulating on social media.
