The 27-year-old who, at dawn on August 5, 2022, rear-ended a car at 140 kilometers per hour on State Road 16, between Santo Spirito and Giovinazzo, causing it to go off the road and causing the death of the 47-year-old driver, the well-known Bari barman Massimiliano Colonna, risks 2 years in prison.

The technical investigations into the dynamics of the accident, in fact, allowed to establish that the 27-year-old was traveling with his Mazda at a speed of 140 km/h on a stretch of state road where the maximum speed allowed is 90 km/h.
