Cassa di Ravenna approves its budget. "It's the best result ever."

Cassa di Ravenna – which as a Group has five branches in the province of Ferrara: Ferrara city, Comacchio, Porto Garibaldi, Longastrino, and the two Banca di Imola branches in Cento – has approved the Cassa's individual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the banking group chaired by Antonio Patuelli for the first half of 2025.

In the first six months, direct customer deposits of the parent company increased to €4,599 million (+2.43%) and indirect deposits reached €5,918 million (+7.53%), of which €2,798 million in managed savings (including financial-insurance products).

Cassa's half-yearly gross profit rose to 41.2 million euros (+33.16%) and net profit rose to 34.1 million euros (+35.63%): this is the best result ever, the group's statement underlines.

The Cassa Group's consolidated half-yearly financial statements were also positive, with a gross profit of 37.9 million (+12.19%) and a net profit of 24.6 million (+11.32%).

In the consolidated balance sheet, direct deposits increased to 6.728 billion (+2.89%), indirect deposits rose to 8.312 billion (+7.93%), of which 3.770 million in managed savings (including financial-insurance products).

The regulatory capital ratios as of June 30 "further strengthen the Cassa Group's high overall capitalization."

Consolidated interest margin increased to €62.5 million (+5.55%), net commissions to €52.5 million (+9.69%), net banking income to €122.9 million (+8.90%), write-downs and provisions for credit risk to €12.1 million (+46.91%), net financial income was €109.6 million (+4.84%), and operating costs were €73 million (+0.97%).

The total of all net impaired loans of the Group (bad loans, unlikely to pay and past due) was 1.39% of total net loans (-37.33%).

Group mortgage disbursements to households in the first half of 2025 increased by 65.3%.
