Chiara Petrolini remains under house arrest

The Court of Appeal will decide again on the precautionary measure for Chiara Petrolini, the young woman accused of having killed and hidden the bodies of her children after they were born. The Court of Cassation has in fact annulled with referral, to order a new trial, the order of the Court of Appeal of Bologna which, in acceptance of the appeal of the Prosecutor's Office, had ordered the prison sentence for Petrolini who is currently under house arrest.
