Elderly woman robbed in her sleep by a hooded gang. Fear in the Dauni Mountains

They entered the home of an 81-year-old woman and robbed her of money and jewelry. It happened during the night in Rocchetta Sant'Antonio, a small town in the Foggia area, with about 1,600 inhabitants. The old woman, according to what we learn, was surprised in her sleep by some criminals (we are talking about 2 or 3 people) with their faces covered, who immobilized her, holding her still, without using weapons and took away money and jewelry. The alarm was immediately raised with the Carabinieri who started investigations to trace the criminals. The woman did not suffer any injuries or wounds. However, she was examined by the 118 health workers who intervened on the scene.
