Arezzo, July 27, 2025 – Elio Germano and Teho Teardo are coming, followed by Giovanni Veronesi and Musica da Ripostiglio. The Music Festival is pulling out all the stops and bringing many great artists to Foiano for an unmissable two-day event. Today and tomorrow, the festival will stop in Foiano for two of the festival's most anticipated events. Tonight in Piazza Matteotti, "Il sogno di una cosa" (The Dream of a Thing) will be performed, starring Elio Germano and Teho Teardo, loosely based on Pier Paolo Pasolini's masterpiece. Two exceptional performers will make for a memorable evening: Elio Germano, one of the greatest actors on the Italian and European scene, a Cannes award winner and multiple David di Donatello winner, and Teho Teardo, a visionary composer and internationally renowned sound artist who has collaborated with, among others, Blixa Bargeld, Vinicio Capossela, Paolo Sorrentino, and Gabriele Salvatores. Together they create a musical reading of extraordinary emotional power, where Pasolini's words resonate with time, suspended between memory and denunciation, poetry and anger. Tomorrow, Giovanni Veronesi and Musica da Ripostiglio present the show "Liberi Tutti!" (Everyone Free!), featuring previously unseen stories from the world of cinema and entertainment, musical asides, and moments of irony as the ingredients of a multifaceted and unpredictable spectacle. Due to adverse weather forecasts, the event will be held inside the Galleria Furio del Furia, rather than in Piazza Matteotti. The star of the evening, titled "Liberi Tutti!", will be Giovanni Veronesi, acting as director, actor, and presenter. He is accompanied on stage by the Musica da Ripostiglio quartet: Luca Pirozzi and Luca Giacomelli (guitar), Raffaele Toninelli (double bass), and Emanuele Pellegrini (drums). The show brings to the stage previously unseen stories from the world of cinema and entertainment, where musical asides and moments of irony are the ingredients of a multifaceted spectacle.
