Legambiente Padova, the digital assistance desk arrives

Legambiente Padova, together with Fondazione Fenice Onlus, is pleased to announce the opening of the Digital Desk: a space for personalized and free assistance to facilitate the use of digital tools for everyday use for smartphones and computers.

The helpdesk is available to anyone who needs assistance with daily operations that require the use of technological devices such as smartphones and computers, such as starting the creation of the SPID, but also for personalized explanations regarding the use of apps, social media, email, PEC and much more. Starting this week and until autumn, the Digital Helpdesk will be operational at the Legambiente Padova headquarters, in Piazza Caduti della Resistenza 6, every Monday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm and Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm. To use the services, simply go to the Helpdesk during opening hours, reservations are not necessary. The Digital Helpdesk is an activity of the “Digi-Growth-Hacker” project, a project funded by the Veneto Region with state resources from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, led by Fondazione Fenice Onlus.
