There were the voting paddles, the card with the list of competing singers, the rainbow colors and the popcorn machine. There was – above all – the passion for music and the desire to share it with many others.

On Saturday 17 May, the Eurovision Song Contest captured the attention of those who wanted to reach Materia Spazio Libero , the new headquarters of Varesenews, to watch the final which saw the winners of the national singing competitions compete.

With the Austrian victory, greeted with applause by most of those present, the long festival ended, which had shown, one after the other, artists from all over the European continent.

Three artists represented Italy: Lucio Corsi, Gabry Ponte and Tommy Cash : in fact, their performances were the ones that most enlivened the agora of the new editorial team of VareseNews .

The evening, organized in collaboration with Arcigay and the Pro Loco of Solbiate Arno , brought people of all ages to Sant'Alessandro, who chose to listen to the songs, commenting on them with their seat neighbors, but also with paddles, Eurovision report cards that evaluated the song, staging, outfit and “European vibes”.

Stefania Radman and her guests: Stefano Redaelli , Valentina Cusano and Marco Liso , then peppered the evening with tidbits and curiosities from experts.

After Sanremo, the Materia lounge offers evenings of television and music to be experienced with a smile and above all together.
