P ay for parking on the blue lines with a click from your smartphone. The EasyPark service is finally active in San Severo , the leading European application for mobile parking that allows you to manage paid parking in a simple, fast and digital way.

The news was announced by the mayor Lidya Colangelo , the councilor for traffic Rosario Di Scioscio and the commander of the Local Police Marco D'Antuoni , who underlined how the new system represents a step forward in the area of ​​urban mobility and the simplification of services for citizens.

How the EasyPark app works

The EasyPark app is available on all iOS and Android stores. It only takes a few steps to start using it: download the application, register with your mobile number and associate a payment card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or UnionPay, even prepaid).

Once you have parked your car, simply enter the parking area code (identified via geolocation), the vehicle's license plate and the expected end time of parking into the app, which can be extended or interrupted in advance in the event of an early return.

The Local Police will check the payment by using the license plate number, thus avoiding the need to display tickets or receipts on the dashboard.

Costs and benefits

The EasyPark service includes a 15% commission on the parking fee for non-subscriber users, with a minimum of 0.29 euros and a maximum of 1.90 euros. No commission is charged for those who subscribe to a subscription. All costs are always clearly visible during payment on the app.
