Moscow attacked Ukraine heavily during the night with raids on Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv and Kiev, causing 15 deaths and 17 injuries. " These attacks are pure terrorism. And the whole world, the United States and Europe must finally react as a civil society reacts to terrorists," said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky .
