Pietrasanta, June 19, 2025 – Road accident in the late morning today. It happened along via Aurelia nord, in Pietrasanta . The 118 men intervened around 12 to help a 74-year-old man who had been taken ill while driving.

The driver crashed his car into the gate of a house and was found by rescuers in cardiac arrest. The operators (ambulance of the Croce Verde of Pietrasanta and medical car of Querceta) immediately began cardiopulmonary resuscitation and early defibrillation and the man recovered. He was taken to Opa di Massa in stable conditions. The Municipal Police were also on site to carry out the necessary checks.
