The great concert season. And the unscheduled event with Muti

Ten events in the next concert season of the Theaters, with ten different listenings, for an itinerary that crosses centuries of music, from the Renaissance to the contemporary. And an exceptional unscheduled event, on October 7, with the maestro Riccardo Muti who will conduct his Luigi Cherubini Youth Orchestra at the Teatro Municipale Valli and will receive the First Tricolor from the mayor Marco Massari.

The Camerata Salzburg , one of the most brilliant chamber music groups in Europe, will open the program with pianist Alessandro Taverna . The Hagen Quartet will follow, a true legend of quartet interpretation, which will take its leave from the stage right in Reggio Emilia. Pierre-Laurent Aimard , a French pianist known for his unique interpretation, will arrive. The Renaissance will take the stage with the Voces8 group: an a cappella ensemble appreciated at an international level. The program will continue with the Berliner Philharmoniker String Octet , an expression of the highest German instrumental school.

One of the public's most beloved conductors, Philippe Herreweghe , returns to lead the Orchestre des Champs Elysées and the Collegium Vocale Gent , for a concert that combines the heroic power of Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 with the intense spirituality of Cherubini's Requiem. Mozart and Mendelssohn again for the eagerly awaited return of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen conducted by Paavo Järvi , with pianist Mao Fujita .

The twentieth century and the present meet in the program of the Filarmonica Toscanini , with the young Han-Na Chang on the podium and the legendary cellist Mischa Maisky as soloist. Closing the season is the Bamberger Symphoniker with Manfred Honeck conducting and the violinist Julia Fischer , an interpreter of depth and rigor. All concerts are at the Teatro Valli .
