Who is Federico Monzino: the scion of Standa and Cranchi Yacht, involved in the Raoul Bova, Martina Ceretti, Corona case?

An investigation has been opened
The 29-year-old Milanese entrepreneur and celebrity PR denies being investigated. "He's simply a person informed of the facts." The gossip surrounding the actor's private chats and audio recordings has become a legal case, with the investigation now underway for attempted extortion.

An investigation has been opened into attempted extortion in the case of stolen audio and chats from actor Raoul Bova . According to some media, the suspect is Federico Monzino, a 29-year-old Milanese entrepreneur and friend of Martina Ceretti , the model and influencer who, according to gossip, was the recipient of the actor's messages in private conversations that have now gone public, gone viral on social media, and become the subject of memes. Monzino, however, denies being under investigation, saying he is "simply a person informed of the facts."
News recently broke of Bova's breakup with Spanish showgirl Rocío Muñoz Morales ; the couple had two daughters, Luna and Alma. The news broke with its publication on Fabrizio Corona 's podcast, Falsissimo . Monzino, as ANSA reports, is considered a sort of publicist well-known in Milan's VIP circles; he is part of a prominent family of Milanese entrepreneurs.
Monzino is said to be a friend of Ceretti. He sits on the board of directors of Cranchi Yacht. The family founded the Standa giant in the early 1900s and the Monzino Cardiology Center. She is 23, originally from Rome but currently working in Milan, a philosophy graduate, and a model . She has reportedly deactivated some of her social media channels. The details of the investigation are still very vague. According to current reconstructions, a few weeks ago, a message from an anonymous sender arrived on Bova's cell phone, referring to conversations with the influencer and the possibility of their dissemination.
The actor didn't respond; the chats had been leaked on Corona's podcast. The prosecutor's office opened an investigation and handed the matter over to the postal police, coordinated by prosecutor Eliana Dolce. "I distance myself from the reconstruction of the events in the 'Raoul Bova/Martina Ceretti' case. I distance myself from his accusation against me of alleged extortion. I also want to clarify that I am not under investigation, but simply, like Corona and Martina, I am a person informed of the facts. I have already informed my lawyers of what was published by him and by the newspapers."
The actor's lawyer, David Leggi, stated that Bova and Munoz Morales never married and have been separated for some time, alternating care for their daughters. In an interview with Corriere della Sera , the actress's lawyer contradicted his colleague, saying that the Spanish showgirl, like everyone else, learned about the affair involving her ex-partner from the media.
Guido Scorza, a member of the Privacy Guarantor's panel, explained to Repubblica that if the victim files a complaint for damages, hefty fines can be imposed. "In the case of an unlawful act, the Guarantor can apply a fine, which in a case like this will correspond either to 2-4 percent of annual turnover, or to an amount of up to €10-20 million (while in the case of private individuals, the fine is commensurate with the declared turnover)."
