«Avetrana – This is not Hollywood», the series on the Scazzi murder wins the Nastro d'Argento

«Avetrana – Qui non è Hollywood», the series based on the book Sarah la ragazza di Avetrana and centered on the events of the Avetrana crime, won the Nastro d'Argento in the “crime” section, beating 4 other well-known TV series of the genre. The series, produced by Groenlandia, is directed by Pippo Mezzapesa, who also wrote the screenplay, and stars, among others, an extraordinary Vanessa Scalera in the role of Cosima, Michele Misseri's wife. A success celebrated in Naples together with the director Mezzapesa, the screenwriters Antonella W. Gaeta, Davide Serino, the producer Matteo Rovere (Groenlandia) and, representing Disney+, Daniel Frigo (Country Manager, The Walt Disney Company Italia) and Alessandro Saba (Head of Local Production The Walt Disney Company Italia).
