A young starred chef , a historic building with a modern appendix that makes it unique in the historic part of the village that has hosted and will host arts and crafts courses , in the control room an association created to propose innovative events and unconventional conferences to "variegate" the cultural panorama of Valtellina. This is what took place at Palazzo Andres Flematti where, in collaboration with the Municipality of Chiuro, Valtellina&Co. organized the second event after the debut with "La cucina non ha confini...". At the center of the second evening, the courses that will be proposed illustrated by the respective masters and for each of which chef Giovanni Croce proposed a themed dish. "Intrecci" (trout and carpione vegetables) for embroidery, "Dripping" (dripping of sauces and vegetables in a bread frame) for painting, while "Colori tenui" (risotto with casera, aromatic herbs, beetroot and turmeric) was combined with watercolor. Three-dimensional is the dish dedicated to the ceramics lessons "The beauty of the shape" (salt-stuffed onions in a salt crust), while photography inspired "Nature" (an apricot-shaped Bavarian cream). Works of art to be enjoyed that highlighted both the mastery of the chef at the restaurant of the Hotel Le Prese, across the border, and the originality of Valtellina&Co.
