Lorenzo Rosso's "La mia Vigàta": A tribute to Camilleri in Racalmuto

The book My Vigàta. With Andrea Camilleri in the city of Inspector Montalbano by Lorenzo Rosso , published by VGS Libri, will be presented on Saturday 19 July 2025 , at 6:30 pm, at the Circolo Unione in Racalmuto .

An event dedicated to the literary memory of Andrea Camilleri and the narrative universe that revolves around Vigàta, the fictional town where the famous Inspector Montalbano resides. Through this essay, Lorenzo Rosso guides the reader on a journey through real and imaginary places, revealing the profound connection between Camilleri's writing and his homeland, Sicily.

Salvatore Picone will be in conversation with the author. Paolo Agrò will coordinate the meeting, with readings by Salvatore Chiarelli .
