Bernini: "Expand opportunities for students, enhance the work of teachers and researchers."
An additional €336 million will be allocated to Italian universities compared to last year. This is provided for in the decree allocating the Ordinary Financing Fund for 2025, signed by Minister of Universities and Research Anna Maria Bernini, which totals €9.4 billion.
The Fund, Bernini said, "consolidates the growth of investments in the Italian university system, confirming the Government's commitment to higher education and research." The increase, the minister emphasized, represents "a concrete sign of attention to the academic world and will allow us to expand opportunities for students, enhance the work of teachers and researchers, and provide new opportunities for higher education."
