Tumors, Rosati (Cittadinanzattiva): "Prevention is health for all"

"Cittadinanzattiva has historically always seen prevention as the focal starting point for the development of public policies focused on well-being and quality of life. Prevention plays a central role from our point of view, in fact we are activating a whole series of paths of dialogue with the world of schools, at a national and regional level. We must start from the world of schools to carry out prevention without forgetting the entire group of adults, who have other characteristics and are therefore a relevant and very important target population". This is what Elio Rosati, secretary of Cittadinanzattiva, said today in Rome at the event "Non girarci intorno" by Merck Italia, the awareness campaign on bladder cancer promoted through the Giro d'Italia. "Prevention is health for everyone and can promote activities and actions, also translated into practical terms through national and regional initiatives, to support prevention and action paths in the territories aimed at guaranteeing all people, of every age group, care and health" he added.
