While it's true that Milly Carlucci, as she herself has repeatedly stated, begins looking for new contestants for her show Dancing with the Stars the day after her show ends, it's also true that with only three months to go until the start of Rai1's Saturday night show, the names in the running must necessarily be carefully considered to determine their real chances of seeing them perform.

So, the first names are starting to circulate regarding those who could grace the stage at the Foro Italico auditorium next fall in what will be the twentieth anniversary of the popular Rai1 show. Among the possible contenders (because no names are yet official), there are two we've managed to spot. This is all in addition to the suggestion of Barbara D'Urso, which we've already mentioned.

The first is that of one of the most famous and prolific talent scouts in the entertainment world, and pop music in particular, Claudio Cecchetto. A DJ in the 1980s and host of Discoring, the Sanremo Music Festival of the early 1980s directed by Gianni Ravera, and Fantastico 2, Cecchetto launched several characters who later became hugely famous.

Let's mention 883 and Fiorello above all. He then launched Radio Deejay, a station that in turn launched many other radio hosts who later became TV hosts, including Gerry Scotti, Linus, Amadeus, and Nicola Savino himself, whom we announced as the host of Freeze and Tali e quali. Cecchetto is among the potential dancers for the twentieth anniversary edition of Dancing with the Stars. Perhaps he could appear alongside Claudio Cecchetto (or in his place) on the Ballandi variety show, along with his son Jody, in an intriguing generational-terpsichorean confrontation.

Milly Carlucci's notebook also lists the name of Elettra Lamborghini, whom our own newspaper has announced as the next host of the brand new series of Boss in Incognito . As reported recently, there is no chance of seeing Francesca Pascale at the Foro Italico auditorium, not even as a dancer for one night. Pascale, who has often appeared on various talk shows as a commentator and guest, is now a regular guest.
