Crosetto against Orsini: "A judge will certify his falsehoods on the Tehran atomic bomb"

Fisa Minister Guido Crosetto against Professor Alessandro Orsini . "There is a limit to patience and cheeks to turn and this individual has exceeded it. It is right that the falsity of his delirious statements be certified by a judge and that he begins to pay for the nonsense he invents", underlines, on X, the FdI minister commenting on a post by Orsini that brands as "false" a statement made by the minister in an interview with Corriere della Sera according to which "the day Iran had the atomic bomb, it would not waste an hour: it would use it and without hesitation".

It all started, in fact, from a response by Crosetto to the question on the crisis between Israel and Iran that was causing concern already a year ago. The minister replied by explaining that "Iran has reiterated, several times, that its goal is to destroy, not Israel. Orsini intervenes on X, commenting on this latest statement: "Crosetto is making a false statement and confirming my studies on Italy as a satellite state of the United States. Because, when the White House goes to war, our Minister of Defense is required to betray the national interests of Italy to protect those of the United States, as happened with the war in Ukraine - writes Orsini on social media - At this moment, Crosetto does not speak as a minister of the Italian Republic, but as a minister of the Netanyahu government (let us remember that Giorgia Meloni sells weapons to Netanyahu to support Israel in the extermination of the Palestinians and let us remember that Meloni attacks the international tribunals investigating Netanyahu's crimes in Gaza)".

To get the truth, the professor argues, “we simply need to turn Crosetto’s lies on their head: the risk that Netanyahu will use the atomic bomb against Iran is high. Iran could raze Israeli cities to the ground in these hours, but it is refraining from doing so for fear that Netanyahu will use the atomic bomb. Crosetto cannot say that Netanyahu would use the atomic bomb without hesitation because, in these hours, Crosetto is answering to the American ambassador in Rome for everything he says because Italy is a country that must answer to a foreign power for every statement it makes on international politics in the public space”.
