Mattarella: Infrastructure safety does not tolerate negligence.

"The collapse of the Morandi Bridge has marked a stern reminder of public responsibilities and private in the field of infrastructure security. This was written by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella in a message to the mayor of Genoa, Silvia Salis.
