Referendum, with Elly Schlein for 5 Yes and a fairer Italy

The vote of June 8th and 9th
The Democratic Party secretary manages to combine complexity and synthesis. She also demonstrated this in the referendums of June 8 and 9

I recently happened to dwell on a concept: it is necessary to combine awareness of the complexity of the world with the ability to synthesize and grasp the essence of things. Here, Elly Schlein, it seems to me, embodies precisely this ability at a political level. She, with other companions, captures the articulations and nuances of the social, economic and cultural framework. At the same time, she manages to offer a clear and effective representation of the issues, the crucial points, the choices to be made, and the right time to make them.
So it is for the 5 “Yes” votes in the next referendums. For an inclusive and more just Italy, for a more equitable and balanced world of work, for a renewed sense of citizenship. And in the background, Schlein's Democratic Party gives us the opportunity to distinguish between fear and hope, between a country that retreats, closing in on itself, and a country ready for a surge of solidarity and openness, between a frightened West, suspended between Trump and Orbán, and a West that takes up the global challenges of freedom, justice, protection and enhancement of the environment. In short: thanks also to the Democratic secretary, we are learning to place ourselves, simultaneously, in the dual perspective of complexity and simplicity.
